Returns
All BODRIA orders are fulfilled and shipped through Amazon’s Fulfilment Network (FBA).
If you wish to return an item, please contact us at contact@bodria.com within 14 days of delivery to initiate the process.
Once your return is approved, you will receive an Amazon return label by email. Simply follow the instructions on the label to send the product back to Amazon’s fulfilment centre.
Returned products must be unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Once the return is processed and inspected by Amazon, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
